Knowledge base: do you have a knowledge base or a user guide available?
A wiki is under development by the Swirl staff and several Swirl enthusiasts. When released, all of our relevant knowledge will be stored there. The knowledge is being culled from FAQ's, the forum, support requests, and our heads. In the meantime, if you can't find an answer to your question in the FAQ's, please visit the forums. Your questions will be answered by a staff or community member.
Trouble ticket: how do I submit a trouble ticket to have a problem resolved?
We don't have a ticketing system in place, and don't plan to add one in the near future. If your question can't be answered in the FAQ's, please visit the support forum. Your questions will be answered by a staff or community member.
Bug report: how do I report a bug a found on my phone / on the web site?
The best place to add bug reports is to our forum. We have a topic set up just for this. When reporting a bug, please include all relevant information about the bug you found, including:
- What phone or web browser you were using when you experienced the bug
- What action you took to uncover the bug
- What you expected to happen when you performed that action
- What actually happened when you performed that action
- What error messages (specifically) your phone or web browser displayed
It's also a good idea to check back in a day or so in case we have questions about the problem you experienced.

Please add feature requests to our forum. If you want to see something new, please tell us. If you want to see something changed, please tell us. If what you see is not quite what you'd like to see, please tell us. If you want us to ad support for a new phone, please tell us. If you want us to integrate or connect to another web service or community, please tell us. If you want more or different types of content added, please tell us. Whatever it is, please tell us.
